The deadlist dictators icons were created from a list of the twenty-five deadliest dictators. Using actual images or drawn representations of these evil men, I made the decision to create the the likeness in a cartoonish format. This decision was made to provoke positive feelings or at least add a little comedy to the viewers idea of these men. Along with the icons, I recreated the world map to show that evil is everywhere and has effected many areas of the world.

Marissa Vann is a multi-disciplinary creative design strategist from Oklahoma. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Mobile and Interactive Design, she moved to Washington D.C. to pursue a career in political design. She has experience in politics, research, design, and prototyping.
