Sensual Minimalism is the combination of sex and minimalism design combined in the style of Karim Rashid. Using articles written about the designer's unique style, Sensual Minimalism was created to reflect the writing in a new way. Each aspect of the design was meant to symbolize the ideal minimalist look and create a sense of equality and balance between the images and text on the spreads.

Marissa Vann is a multi-disciplinary creative design strategist from Oklahoma. She graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, Georgia. After graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a minor in Mobile and Interactive Design, she moved to Washington D.C. to pursue a career in political design. She has experience in politics, research, design, and prototyping.
